“We stayed at this adorable house to visit the Moab Arches and enjoy the winner’s in Palisades. The beds are very comfortable and was the host even supplied shampoo, conditioner and body soap in both bathrooms. The house is a newer house and extremely clean. The game room was nice to have my husband, myself and friends had a lot of laughs playing the games. I would 100% stay there again. ”

“The house was lovely and comfortable. I appreciated the electric heat pump, recycling and compost. We sat outside to enjoy tea or snacks and listened to the birds and the stream nearby. The local artwork in the house was lovely and gave a nice feel for the artist community in Fruita. ”

“Would have loved this place but the fire detectors started chirping at 3am. Low batteries. There were no spare batteries and so we got no sleep. Aside from this annoyance, the property is absolutely idyllic for a small group of visiting cyclists. We just got unlucky. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in Fruita. The home was very well set up for our stay, had everything we needed. The outside could definitely use some upkeep but it was a windy and hot time while we were there. We went ahead and used the broom that was outside and the hose to clean up the back patio and gave the furniture a good spray off so we could enjoy some morning coffee outside. We did not sit out front but definitely a bit cobwebby and dirty out of there too. I know without someone living there……

“This is a nice property and location. After arriving we found the backyard had many foxtail weeds, which are very dangerous for dogs. I spent two hours removing the weeds, because we had our dog with us. The owner lists this as a dog friendly rental, yet when we reported these weeds to her she never responded.”

“Beautiful home. Address provided was not an address but rather coordinates to the home. They were incorrect but we did locate the correct property. Back door was unlocked when we arrived. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice touches to the home itself. ”
