“my first impression is great but I changed my mind on the check in process. The front desk staff asked my check in information. then I gave him the booking number from Hotels.com and he said thats not available. However, I gave my Passport and my I.D. card for him for checking my booking status. He replied me that is not match information. It is because he didnt use my first name to check it.
