“Elba Palace Golf Boutique Hotel has the potential to be an outstanding establishment, however on my visit it was not perceived as a 5-star hotel. I arrived on a Saturday, and the spa was not available. On Sunday the pool was closed for renovations - when I enquired I was told all guests were informed prior to their stay - regrettably I was not informed. The spa still not available. The food served in the breakfast room was not appetising at all, so I resorted to the fruit, however the watermelon……

“This was a our second stay here and it was just as good -would certainly recommend. We arrived two hours early but were given our bungalow after only one hour's wait so that was good. The layout of the complex is nice and the pool although cold was very nice. As for position - it is very close to the sea front with level access to the beach, harbour and shops. The bus station is only a short walk with buses to the airport every quarter of an hour or so. The one thing that I would suggest……

“O hotel é ótimo, a localização é excelente. O atendimento dos funcionários é nota 10. Passamos 09 dias hospedadas, a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do quarto, muito ruim e as toalhas várias vezes estavam rasgadas. ”

“A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe. Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May. Dining room offered a large selection in breakfast options including freshly made omelettes. If you left hungry it would be your fault not the hotels. Overall would recommend and……
