“雖然外觀看起來較舊，但內部裝潢很新穎，服務人員非常非常好，提供充足的幫忙及協助。 因為旅館樓層不高，旅館本身沒有電梯，這次入住在2F，旅館接待的男性服務員竟然直接幫忙把超大行李箱搬到房間內，非常感謝他。 在check-in 時，針對鄰近景點、地圖、房內無線上網、旅館咖啡設施等也提供了非常充足的說明，是其他旅館所沒有主動提供的，非常推薦! 客房/飯店清潔度: 很好，裝潢新穎且空間充足。 服務品質: 很好，是這次德國行入住的5間飯店裡最令人滿意的 飯店設施: 很好，還另設有24小時的熱水區，提供免費茶包及咖啡，小地方的用心讓人很滿意!備有旅館自己的停車區也很加分!早餐也是沒得挑剔。 飯店位置: 開車到新天鵝堡需10分鐘，還提供購買新舊天鵝堡票的折價劵，很適合自駕的旅客，另外也鄰近其他景點，去富森的話很推薦入住!”

“I love this place! It has a very nice garden. If you are in the garden in sunset time, you will see the hill turns pink with the reflection of the light. It was the magic moment. The room is very nice. Outside the windows are trees, it made me felt like I was in the forest. There is also a nice bathtub with a little window looking at the trees. I felt very relaxed there. I booked for one person room, but the room is so big that I don't think it's a single bedroom. The breakfast is nice too.……

“房間比一般酒店大，樓底高且充滿空間感。浴室亦很大，有足夠地方放衣服。但可惜花灑頭座崩毀了，使用不便。早餐選擇豐富，職員親切有禮。雖然設施較舊，但可以接受。”
