“Not a Hotel for International guests. No Food or drink facilities. Closest shops 16 mins walk. Train/Metro 20 to 30 mins walk. Price good. Poor attention to guest. I [aid extra for a suite but I think I got a double.”

“This hotel did not have any signboard that said "FabHotel". I had to ask around to find it. It seems like a new property where construction is still going on. The rooms are new, but do not have much facilities. Toiletries missing. Mosquitoes everywhere. Water was not bottled, they offered only RO filled water bottles. At night, someone shut the main gate (which is basically a construction site gate). I could not enter the property, there was no guard or was asleep inside somewhere. I never……

This is a Muslim neighborhood and very dirty area outside and very busy with vehicles of all kinds parked in front The place. The name also is not what it seems it is only called " Alive" not Fab etc. Even with GPS it is hard to find. You have to look for a long tunnel entry way left of the sign.
