“Staff was very helpful especially Ishvi at the front check in. She was very accommodating in our request. Chef Amit was very hospitable at the buffet. Bellman Gurjant and Harpreet were very welcoming. Overall the hotel is very clean and has nice facilities such as the fitness centre, spa and dining options. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next stay in Chandigarh. ”

“The check-in was slow i was made to sit for long and guest coming after me were attended to by loveen at reception. Having seen this in had to be assertive ask her to attend to me on priority. After which she was trying to give me twin bedroom although I had specified during booking for a king size bed. I insisted on the same & finally she gave in to provide a non-smoking king size bed room. I found the food to be fairly satisfactory in taste, portion size & aesthetics. Although the way it was……

“Hotel is terribly dirty. Got to my room to find out a nasty toilet. Pictures were probably taken years ago, but it does not represent real condition of hotel. If possible, avoid it.”
