“The “restaurant” was far from it, at least during our trip. But the staff (Jennifer) was great! At breakfast they said they had no cook. Jennifer saved the day and put together a great complimentary breakfast for the whole hotel! But then for dinner half the menu was scribbled out bc they “ran out of a lot the night before.” Interesting. But they did do their best with what they had and my son and I appreciated it all! ”

“Stayed in a king room on the water side of the building with a 15 month old. Hotel provided a pack and play with a sheet for the toddler. Recommend bring your own mattress for the pack and play. Room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom sink was weird and sprayed water all over. Front desk was helpful and always had someone available. Breakfast option in the hotel was good but expensive. Walking distance to many good places to eat. ”

“A neat and well-kept petite hotel in very convenient location for events around Empire State Plaza. One thing missing is catering service.”

“We travelled from Florida to Albany for a family funeral and Comfort Inn & Suites hotel accommodations were amazing. The queen double suite was very spacious and clean and the beds were super to sleep in. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of favorite foods and the buffet was kept very clean. We had a pleasant stay given the circumstances for our visit.”

“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”
