“Oh what a treat! This is a stately old brown stone with high ceilings and gorgeous woodwork. Our room had a bay window overlooking the park across the street. The sun streamed through beveled glass all day. French doors led to a huge bathroom with separate vanities. Staff was helpful and friendly—— helped us fix an iPhone issue so we didn’t have to go to the Apple Store. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and we had continuous access to most of the offerings throughout the day. ”

“Had a wonderful stay at this place! It is a quaint inn, and the staff was wonderful. I arrived late but they checked me in right away. There was someone playing piano in the receiving room, a few people at the bar/restaurant as well. Other than that, very quiet! I had a great room with a balcony that I enjoyed with a drink at night and morning coffee. I'll be back!”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……
