“We arrived Wed. evening before Christmas. At 6pm the power went out. The lights worked but the A/C & frig did not. The staff was unconcerned & left for the night. It was very uncomfortable overnight at 80 degrees F & 90% humidity without A/C. The next morning the manager called an electrician. He was there several hours but couldn't fix the power, another night without A/C. The upstairs bathroom had no running water. The staff left buckets of water to flush the toilet. Around midnight, all……

“Coming back from a beutifull 15 days at Villa Soleil. I can not say enough praise for all the team at the villa that made our holiday worthwhile. Everything was spot on and the made us truly feel at home. Communication with Wolfgang as the owner was also great, nothing was too much a problem and arranged also a fantastic safari stay. We already miss the place and will keep it foundly in our hearts. Asante Sana!”

“I cannot state enough how happy we were in the villa. Everything was like advertised and more. From the moment we booked Sylvia was reaponsive and quite helpful. When we arrived James was waiting and helped with our luggage and showed us around. Edith ensured the place was meticulously clean and Mwamba tge guard ensured our safety and easy access back when we went put. The e ntire team made sure our stay amd family reunion was A1. I highly recommend tge villa.”

“The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but……

“Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa African Dream im Marula Park war fantastisch. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das gilt auch für die gesamte Anlage. Nur die hohe Temperatur des Pools ist etwas gewöhnungsbedüftig. Mit den kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, Supermarkt und zum Strand ist die Lage nahezu ideal. Besonders gefallen hat uns der der Kochservice von Monica. Die Gerichte waren super lecker. Danke für alles. Wir kommen gern wieder.”

“When booking I had an issue with the owner initially, but that was resolved quickly through Expedia. This is a fantastic Family resort away from all the noise. Beautiful beach although lots of coral so beach shoes recommended. House is very spacious and comfortable...not necessarily exclusive but very family friendly. Great chef...chef Francis and house help always ready to help. Overall highly recommended”
