“Everything was top notch - so clean and cute! Quiet area close to town and lots of privacy. A cozy fireplace, kitchenette, large shower and comfy bed.”

“We were in Vancouver for the marathon and this was a great place to stay. 10 minutes walk to the ferry and restaurants at Lonsdale Quay, we could sit by the water and watch the seals play. The unit is well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable.”

“This immaculate and tastefully designed suite offered our group (four adult women) the perfect space to come home to after our adventures on Bowen. Ideally situated a short walk from the cove, I don't know that we could've asked for anything more suitable. The kitchen was beyond well stocked; Lynn's offerings included a bottle of wine, a variety of milk and creamers for our indulgent morning breakfasts, and a few toppings for our toast. I would not hesitate to send guests of any age to this……

“We had not stayed on that part of the island prevopusly. There were very good trails near by. Charming Nest could have more island maps.Very comfortable quarters. Stove top was not all that useful but there is a microwave abd electric kettle.Overall we were comfortable and also enjoyed the backyard. Thanks”

This property met all our needs (and surpassed our expectations), including a full kitchen adequately stocked with pretty much everything you could need (even the pesky can opener you forgot) to cook basic meals in during your stay! “The suite was in great condition, clean and modern. Access is down a steep driveway and you must walk a little ways down. Could be challenging for those with mobility limitations. Also very dark. There was a full kitchen but no cutlery - literally a single spoon. We thankfully did not cook, but would have been very inconvenient. Otherwise, nice view and would stay again. Enjoyed watching the ferries go by. ”

“We thought all places on VRBO were the entire house but this is a single room rental with shared spaces of other renters in the basement as well as the owner living upstairs. The room was dirty and not well kept, the mattress had stains, no fitted sheet, door was greasy and black, used bar of soap in the shower, and lots of diy fixes of holes in the walls.The shared downstairs door has an electronic lock that other guests to the house would wake us up when they got home late because they kept……
