“Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts hier sehr wohl gefühlt, denn man merkt, dass mit viel Herzblut gearbeitet wird, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen können. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut durchdacht und architektonisch sehr ansprechend und ästhetisch. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und lichtdurchflutet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls schmackhaft und die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeiterinnen gestaltete sich als sehr angenehm und es konnten auch gute Tipps fürs Erkunden……

“We stayed near end of season, atmosphere in the resort was rather tranquil, which we liked. Apartments and public areas are a little worn, but spacey and well-equipped. We even got an upgrade to a suite with a third bedroom (which we did not need as a family of 3, but overall we enjoyed the extra space). For wifi in the room we needed to rent a router, but the price of 1 Euro per day is moderate and quality was perfect. Access to the (public) beach is by a 1500m walk, but there is a small train……

“Room not ready for check in time and staff refused to resolve. Had to wait with children for some time before staff agreed to give us a different room so we could check in. Other than that inflexibility and inconvenience, our stay was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Would stay again.”

“Grand appartement avec 2 chambres et 2 pieces d’eau. Tout equiper. L exposition plein sud est top en hiver. Beau balcon. Le moins, le manque de ventillation dans les pieces fait qu il u a de la condensation en hiver sur les fenetres et mouille le carrelage. Idem pout la salle de bain pas de vmc ( juste ventillation haute et basse . Pas de chauffage dans les salles de bain en hiver c est froid”

“Bel appartement sur 2 étages, donc beaucoup d'espace. Climatisation dans les trois chambres, lave vaisselle, laveuse à linge, WIFI, télé. L'équipement dans la cuisine était bien et fonctionnel. The villa manager was very accessible which made things easier for us, we arrived later in the evening and had to pay a late check in fee which I believe should not be compulsory. “My wife and enjoyed our stay in cabanas, the resort was bigger than we expected and definitely more family oriented, but still very enjoyable for us. The flat was very lovely, had what we needed and a nice covered patio. The local grocery store was a 5 min walk and well stocked. Day trips to Tavira were not expensive but you can’t walk from Cabanas to Tavira, it’s bus or taxi.
