“Our stay in this Stresa apartment was delightful. Gabriella greeted us personally, and was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet, relatively remote location (uphill away from the city center), and also access to a beautiful trail to the town that kept us from having to walk on the narrow, curvy roads. We couldn't get enough of the view from the sitting room and wraparound deck. Of the three rentals we had on our trip, this was our favorite.”

“Des l'accueil, nous avons été sous le charme de la situation géographique de la maison, au dessus du lac, et séduits par le décor ( même si nous avons été surpris de loger parmi les effets et bibelots de valeur et très personnels du propriétaire). “The pictures don't do it justice. This is a fully equipped large Villa with fantastic views of the lake. We had 10 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. We each had our own ensuite bath. The Villa is walking distance to some great restaurants and plenty of activities. The large pool was a big plus...I swam every day. I highly recommend this property”

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
