“The cabin is very spacious and welcoming inside, the hot tub and outdoor area is amazing, the walk to river was fun and relaxing, the kids had a blast collecting shells and trying to catch craw fish. “The cottage was clean and efficient. The patio area with hottub was a plus. Though not fancy, it was comfortable. We liked that it was about halfway between Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.”

“This property was exactly what my husband and I were looking for to enjoy a weekend getaway. In July, it was hot and humid, but we were still able to enjoy the relaxing living room, fun games provided, and cozy bed. The evenings cooled enough to even enjoy the hot tub. The house keeper left a great welcoming note and the house was spotless, even no evidence that they allow dogs. We did not take dogs but they provide a great basket for animal care. “Guys weekend, Fri-Sunday. Amazing. House was small, but clean and in an amazing location. Spent 90% of time outside on screened in porch, in hot tub, on the river, or around the fire pit. Basically slept in the house and cooked some meals but was otherwise outside. Very private location. Property managers were great to work with and very responsive with any questions ”

“House was clean. Very nice, quiet property. About 4 miles of gravel road to get here, so would recommend a vehicle that can handle it. Cell service in the area was patchy, so GPS for trips was in and out. We would definitely stay here again if we take another trip to Berkeley Springs!”
