"The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers ..."

"My daughter had surgery so we needed a place to stay from Iowa. We wanted a pool and hot tub. Beautiful place, well kept and guest conscious. We were a bit confused about the pool/hot tub heating but didn’t take away from our schedule. Such a big house I would have liked a broom to clean up any messes. ..."
