Room did not have some supplies stocked. Elevator not working properly at times and we had to take stairs. Not good for our health because we were put on 4th floor. When i booked, was told No handicap rooms available. Very inconvenient for my husband who is in remission from cancer.

We did not stay at this hotel after we checked in. Upon entering the hotel there was water all over the floors and a dirty pair of tennis shoes on the desk counter. When we asked about the water they said a guest spilled it. Although it was from the entrance all the way to the elevator. There was maintenance going on everywhere. With ladders propped on walls. Everything was in need of repair. The floors were filthy. We then went up to our room. The beds looked as if someone had rented it by the hour and occupied the tops of the beds without getting under the covers. Pillows were a mess and the tops of the beds disheveled. We then left and handed over our room key. Expedia would not refund We booked a different one. I 100 percent would not stay at this hotel.

This property is not comparable to other comfort suites. Probably shouldn’t be open until repairs/renovations are made. Most definitely overpaid $90 for this room. Owner/staff were very nice, but too many issues on amenities. Tv didn’t work, ice machine leaking water (very dangerous), elevator wasn’t in properly working condition, low water pressure, rooms not sound proof at all. Uncomfortable hard beds. Would not recommend.

We arrived at room and the door was already open. There were no blackout curtians. Headboard had not been cleaned from prior guests. We couldnt get maintenance to help with no curtains until the next day, when we check out. Paid too much for what we reciebed!!!! Disappointing

They gave us the keys to somebody ne else’s room which we opened. Then tried to give us two more rooms with keys that don’t don’t wrk, horrible and unsafe. Please call manager to give me my refund.

The hot tub was not hot at all and it smelled bad... Who had a vacuum in it and it wasn't running. The room I stayed in appeared clean however there was trash in the bed skirt so when I went to grab my shoes empty bottles were found. Definitely could use some improvement.
