I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The rooms are very spacious, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist, which really stood out. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. Rooms on the lower floors can be quite noisy, so I’d recommend requesting a higher floor. The breakfast was quite basic — it would really benefit from the addition of some cheese, cold meats, and better bread options like croissants or fresh rolls. Serving yogurt in individual portions would also be more hygienic, and the coffee was much too light for my taste. Also, for the price, it would be nice if they offered at least a bottle of water in the room as a courtesy — a small gesture that goes a long way. Overall, a good choice thanks to the great location and excellent staff, but a few thoughtful upgrades could make the stay even better.

Stayed for 6 nights over a long graduation weekend. Have stayed before and will again. Pool area is beautiful, convenient to have a bar on the property, rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. Love staying here!

We stayed on the sixth floor, the hallway smells like popcorn or feet. The room was not the cleanest. I observed Hair in the corner of the bathrooms. Unless you find street parking, there’s no designated parking. You can valet or park in a garage where it is $30 for overnight and anytime you come and go you have to pay . Walking to the hotel from the garage was scary and the garage was very dirty, it smelled like pee, and there are homeless people lingering around. So parking and walking to the hotel felt very inconvenient. We came here for a work trip, because it is downtown it is really loud outside. It was hard to sleep. Until two in the morning, I was hearing music playing loud downstairs and people screaming in the streets. I also called after my stay to see if I left some clothes. The staff took my number and no one has yet to call me back.
