This cozy condo is located in the heart of Gainesville, within walking distance of Shands Hospital, the University of Florida, and UF Veterinary. It is also just a short drive from downtown shops and restaurants. The condo is furnished with all essentials for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and two beds. There is also a washer and dryer in the building. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is also close to everything you need.
