Includes a keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee kcups, tea, sugar, and creamer options as well as appliances like a toaster, blender, toaster oven, and electric kettle. Enjoy meals in the dining area or use the space to work!

Enjoy a king bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, both adorned with crisp linens and fluffy towels provided for your convenience.

Great location!

We rented this property to attend my daughter's graduation from UF. The property is very conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with. The community is very quiet and all the neighbors very friendly. We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this property.

Honestly had a great experience. The place looked very nice from the photos and was just as nice in person. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay there in my next visit to Gainesville.

Great Place To The Stay

This has been a wonderful place to stay, perfect place for my husband and I and are two little dogs. The host is super nice and friendly, we will definitely stay here again if we are able!
