“An amazing home in a beautiful location. It was way more home than we needed, but we sure enjoyed the extra amenities and space. The views are unbelievable and the location is perfect for accessing parks and tours along the Hummingbird Highway. The only things I would note is that the deck was tough to use after dark if you have any lights on as there were lots of large flying beetles drawn to them but it's a jungle stay so you get what comes with that. “Really enjoyed my stay at Areca House. I was there solo for a vacation; however, it would be fine too for a couple. Great location to the beach (just across the street), as well as close to restaurants (within walking distance). It was great to enjoy Garifuna places of interest (wonderful food, etc.). Doc responded quickly to my initial inquiries, and Janette provided a helpful introduction to the place after I arrived. Would recommend Areca House!”

“The camp is a wonderful place to stay if you’re going to be venturing around Belize. It is centrally located just outside of Belize city and is actually a short drive to almost anywhere in the country. We toured all over the country while staying there and easily made it back each day to the camp by bedtime. The place is run by some wonderful people who love their job and make you feel very welcome and at home. I will definitely be staying there when I go back to conduct business in Belize.”

“Fantastic location right in the heart of Hopkins. Nice spot on the beach with palm tree shade. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. All modern amenities including AC and washer/dryer. I would absolutely stay here again!!”

“Communications with Flower Vacations were regular and the team was responsive. The day before and of our stay, emails with instructions for arrival were sent. The directions made it easy to find the location from the city. Wagiya is EXACTLY how the pictures look. The place was extremely clean & beautifully decorated. All possible necessities were in the home. It is a block away from the main street, near restaurants, supermarket and the beach. We felt really safe in and walking around the……
