“Mike was a great host from the start with responding to my messages in a timely manner and addressing additional requests. The house is very welcoming and cozy. We adored the living room area with all the windows/door which provided amazing light in the daytime. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and equipped with essentials. The kids definitely made use of the cool lower level game room. We overall enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house for a group trip!”

“We booked this property to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday, as we were going on a ski/snowboarding trip to Elk Mountain. The game room was a key reason for choosing this rental, but we couldn't use it at all due to severe heating issues. The wall & floor heating units did not work in the game room or the downstairs bedrooms, leaving everyone who slept downstairs freezing. “We are a group of college friends who have been getting together for over forty years. We’ve stayed at a variety of places over the years and now, with 3 generations attending, we need larger accommodations. I think we’ve found our place. Lovely setting. Clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of bathrooms! We had perfect weather but even if there were rain, the front veranda offers lots of space to hang out. (A few rocking chairs would be nice for the babies and grandparents.) The only critique I would have is that I did not realize that the only way to access one of the rooms was to walk through another. Perhaps I did not read the listing thoroughly but I was unaware of that condition.”
