“This VRBO was excellent. My friend is shorter than I and the counters, stove,, bathroom counters etc. were set very high so were a challenge for her. The listing does not do a great job of including all that is available in this rental. There are many kitchen appliances, pots, dishes, anything you need to cook as well as a coffee maker, even a few condiments, etc. Having an automatic gate and garage was great. “Eva and Pete thought of so many things to make their guests feel at home, from vintage games, to a list of birds to see, to blankets on the porch, to Q-Tips in the bathroom, to homemade treats for our dog!Bonus: The koi ponds are a haven for fish, birds AND humans!”

“Cute place but very dim inside. Need to buy insurance in order to stay here as everything is so fragile. Would not recommend for family with small children as too many rules and stairs are steep and slippery. Shower cute but not feel safe and no vanity in restroom. Definitely feels more like you’re roughing it rather than staying in a VRBO. Says pet friendly and did not mention about a fee before hand but got a request after checking in for a 50 pet fee.”

“Small, clean, perfect if you need a place in el Dorado that’s close to the shops and restaurants and quiet. Quail and other wildlife abundant! Great water pressure and comfortable bed. ”

“This was one of the best properties we’ve ever rented. Trung’ home has the views, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had tons of room to spread out. It also has unique amenities, a hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit , a game room and more. Only 10min away from the Santa Fe Plaza. The house so much extra touch put into it. Soaps in the showers, firewood provided.Last but not least, the host Trung and his local team are super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this place and we……

“Loved our time at Casa Ponderosa!! This house has everything you need for a Vrbo. Enjoyed the views, hot tub and well stocked house. This house is gorgeous and kept very clean. It’s about a 23 minute drive to Santa Fe, but very easy drive. ”
