“Good location near a lot of dining and shopping options. The staff were great. The only negative was their basic room is very small without a practical space for luggage and shelves. I don’t recommend the basic room especially for two people. ”

“Convenient location just opposite to Iconsiam. So classy, spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful open view of the shopping mall and the river. Staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool on a higher level so you can enjoy a spectacular view while relaxing.”

“The hotel itself is nicely designed. However, the ENDLESS NOISE from the traffic was simply unacceptable. I booked the hotel for three nights and checked out after two unbearable nights. The noise of speeding cars and Tuk-tuks was nonstop throughout the whole night. I am not a light sleeper but the noise simply made my ears hurt. After the first night, I asked the morning staff if I could change to a quiet room. She did not even bother to check the system and said 'sorry, we are fully……
