“A gorgeous, quiet, very small hotel in an old palace just off one of the main Lucca streets. We had a large twin room with a lot of character and a good bathroom. The ladies who run the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with home made yoghurt and cakes. The hotel is very clean and in excellent condition. “Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season”
