After driving over 10 hours, thought this hotel looked good. Unloaded, ready to relax in my room and then the beeping started. Smoke alarm kept going off and my dog would not stop shaking. I had lots of bags with me and my dog. They said they were too busy to change it, so they moved me to a much further away room which was not fun. When I got to that, it was like a horrible Smoking room. I could not breath, but too tired to move again. When I was told by Expedia to talk to the manager, they said they could not do anything and only Expedia could give my money back as they pay them. I asked her for a pen and she replied I can't I'm using it?? Really Wow, I have to say the worst customer service ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even Expedia was not even willing to help. Now I have to find a place tonight somewhere else on my next 10 hour journey.
