1. Although there was a fridge, its door was ajar, and it wasn't plugged in and thus wasn't cold. This turned out to be because there weren't enough electrical outlets. The TV and cable equipment occupied most of the outlets behind the furniture, and the microwave was plugged into the 1 remaining outlet, leaving no outlet for the fridge. I had to unplug the microwave and put the fridge's plug into that outlet in order to use the fridge, which was the more important appliance. They should set up a 6-outlet device behind the furniture so that all appliances can be plugged in at the same time.
2. Something good, which I had never seen before, is that they have a mostly-transparent security wall (which needs a room card to pass through) in front of the row of rooms, such that it is impossible for an outsider to just walk up to a room and try to get into the door or window.
3. On the bad side, the driving area in front of the rooms is not in good condition; it is uneven and torn up, with gravel or tiny rocks all over it, preventing the drive from the entrance to your room and back out to the street from being a smooth drive.
4. On the good side, the manager/clerk was very nice and helpful.
