“This self-service hotel didn't send me the key code of the room the time they supposed to be!! Neither through my email nor SMS. I had WiFi and I was waiting until 3:20 pm in vain. I had to ask a local in the restaurant to make a phone call for me and finally through this way I got my key code. Still the hotel insisted they've sent me via email. The thing is even when I type this still there's no email from the hotel. After I got in, another problem came. WiFi needs password to access and of……

“Absolutely wonderful! It’s not often you get to stay in one of the original buildings in the heart of Gamla Stan. Well appointed place, very comfy! Beware the low doorways, tall people! Also note there’s no elevator. Carrying our big suitcases up the two flights up to top floor wasn’t bad at all though! We absolutely LOVED our stay, and will absolutely stay again!”

“Imposible dormir en el sofá. El colchón del sofá es extremadamente fino, se notan todos los muelles y hace mucho ruido cada vez que te mueves. Necesita un cambio. En el durmió mi hija de nueve años, que pesa 30kg, y fue muy incomodo incluso para el peso de una niña pequeña, no sé cómo dicen que podrían dormir dos adultos en él. Por lo demás el apartamento está bien ubicado. ”
