“Stay was ok, we wanted to use the jacuzzi which was the reason we booked this property but we went to use it and it was full and the people were loud. The elevator smelled like someone was smoking in it and my wife and i are sensitive to smells so we had a headache soon after. There was a banging sound at 3 am. The neighbors had the TV on loud till after midnight. ”

“No sooner walked in then the smell hit my husband and son: urine, staleness, mentioned to desk, they didn't care. The room smelled bad, too, one queen bed was hard as a rock. The water faucet in bathroom leaked from the top AND pipe underneath - had to wrap with a towel. Son pulled back sheet to check for bedbugs (ok, thank goodness). Good thing it was a short overnite stay for a funeral - got out asap & didn't even stay for breakfast. Went to Dunkin Donuts across street. This place was one of……
