"Booked online before arrival at hotel. At checkin, we found out the elevator was not working nor the hot tub. Thankfully she was able to accommodate us on the first floor. We got a room with 2 queen beds. A/C worked great, as well as the hot water & shower pressure. The sink however did not allow ..."
