My family of four stayed here the night before our first cruise. The location was convenient near the Cruise terminals. We were able to do an early check-in which was nice. There was cucumber lemon water in the lobby which was also nice, we filled up our water bottles a couple times with it. The outdoor pool area was small and right next to a parking lot. The ambiance wasn't so great, but at least there was a pool and my kids had fun playing around in it. The doorway to get outside to the pool however was hard to open. Our room was spacious but not very clean. It would have been nice to have a little table to eat.

This hotel is on the outskirts of Galveston. Location doesn’t offer much. You have to cross a few busy streets to get to Target, Wingstop and Dollar Tree. We ended up buying frozen dinners at Target. Area around hotel has heavy traffic and garbage. We were able to check in 1 hr before and store our luggage prior to that. Free breakfast was limited

Filthy, disgusting room that smelled of cigarettes. Stains everywhere and sticky surfaces; we chose to sleep on top of the covers. TV but no cable, signal or internet capabilities to stream. Screaming, banging and domestic fighting in the parking lot at night from other guests. I booked this stay through Expedia because this hotel was pet friendly. Once I arrived, I was told that the suite that I booked and paid in full for, did not allow pets, so they had to reassign my room. I have photos showing everything.

The room was cleaned when we arrived but they did not clean the rest of the stay because they only clean if you stay 3 nights, they should advise that at check in. Breakfast was gross as there was a hair in the egg, after that I could not eat. The lady that was in the breakfast area was like in a bad mood had to ask for milk for my son and she did it with an attitude. The ladies in the front desk were wonderful! The parking area at the front was full of sand, I have stayed in the past and felt like it was much better.

The property was clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in was loud. We could hear the conversations of the guests next door, sharing a common wall. The guests were speaking in a normal tone yet we could hear them late into the night, making it difficult to get to sleep.
