Family Friendly and Great Location
The location, parking, and all the nice little touches were great. Quiet location, comfortable beds, and big bathrooms. Our only recommendation would be, the house could use a deep clean. The fridge, stove and microwave were dirty. the bathroom sink did not drain. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The property as a whole offered what our group needed. A better bunk bed in the second room would be a great addition for future visitors. The current bunk bed are not that great. Overall would recommend this spot for future trips.

Little pocket of paradise
For the second year in a row, my husband, two daughters and I stayed at this lovely property. We were treated to homemade cookies and a gift card to a local Mexican restaurant upon arrival. The unit was extremely clean and the decor throughout is a beautiful with the beach theme carried throughout. The bathrooms were furnished with toiletries including a hair dryer. It is extremely quiet, so you can definitely get relaxation time. The host called me personally to see how my check-in process had gone, and I appreciated that personal touch. We were minutes away from the Strand and the Seawall. We also had access to a pool right through the back door. It was perfect for our 4-day getaway. Recommend for families, but anyone can enjoy!

Wonderful
The property overall is really nice, and has everything anyone would need/want. I would definitely stay again. The owner was very kind when we spoke. I gave 4 stars for location only because its a one way street to the Bolivar Ferry with a big median and the all the turn arounds were blocked which made leaving the property a bit difficult at certain times.

We had our girls trip here this past weekend and it was an amazing stay. Property cleanliness and location was amazing. Everything you needed/ or almost wanted, was available. Beach chairs and towels, fun games for family and kids, if you have any. Property manager was easily accessible and responded with the quickness. I mean we had a slight delay with access code work initially but owner responded within 2 minutes with update. Pool area was amazing we did some grilling and had drinks poolside. Bathroom cleanliness is my biggest pet peeve OMG they were in tip top shape and even had some items available if you may have forgotten some basics. Nothing but the smell of cleanliness and freshness. Nightlife was within a 2-3 miles radius and fun was definitely had here Looking forward to my next visit because it would here at this same property. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you so much for making this a beautiful girlz getaway for birthday celebration. Until next visit…

Lovely condo with great pool
This unit was stocked with the stuff we needed: Pool towels, pool noodles, and spices! It has both Keurig and regular coffee pot. Has queen bed in one room and bunks in the other. Two nice bathrooms. AC works really well. It is located close to East Beach, and in a quiet condo unit. Good price. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Quiet, clean, comfortable spot to call home for about a week!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would definitely come back here next spring break! The first floor access made this a perfect spot for my mom that can’t handle stairs. The property location is close to everything on the island but far enough away to avoid some of the hustle and bustle of the island. The property owner has provided every amenity you could think of: clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes (I know, right?!), seasonings in the cupboard, dishes, pool toys, etc. The only drawback? The line for the ferry could be annoying but was easily managed by driving all the way to the end of the line and making a u-turn. A minor inconvenience to get headed toward the seawall. We had excellent communication with the owner and property manager and really experienced the best hospitality!

Clean and convenient
My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in the spring. The property was in an older complex with older fixtures and finishings. However, everything was clean and in good working order. The condo was conveniently located near all of the activities with the only downside being the traffic on Ferry Road. Overall, we found this property to be a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a long weekend in Galveston.

Nice property, but owner needs to find a new cleaning company
The location of this condo was ideaI, since it was just a few minutes drive to the ferry to the Bolivar Peninsular where family lives. We appreciated how well stocked the condo was with supplies — and providing enough coffee supplies for our first morning was a welcome surprise! The master bedroom and dining area were inviting and comfortable, but we had difficulty using with the living room furniture (very soft, fine for youngsters, difficult for older adults to get in and out of). Unfortunately, the cleaning service did a mediocre job and we had to do some cleaning ourselves. The wet weather brought in bugs, and we were disappointed that the community pool was too dirty to use (there was mold, so obviously the pool had not been cleaned in awhile). None of these issues were the owners fault, but it did distract us from fully enjoying the property.

Peaceful
This was a nice spot. The pool area is right outside of back door and very intimate. The pool had a bence inside it all around perimeter for sitting in water. It was quiet and peaceful. Enough towels for the family provided there. The only complaints i have is there is no internet/tv connection. The walls must be concrete and the building is old so the tv and cell never connects to wifi. Tho we didnt get to wine down and watch TV in the night but that was not a big deal. Another is the queen sizr bed is so uncomfortable. I think the overlay made me feel like i was pulled into a hole. The host was very nice and called me b4 hand to get to know the childrens age for a small token left for them which is very kind.

Good place off the beatened path
Quiet downstairs location, close to the beach and seawall. TV's in every room. Outfitted with all the toiletries, towels, etc. for a beach experience. It's on Ferry Road so there as a bit a nuisance getting out on Saturday as the road was backed up for the ferry. But it didn't ruin the whole experience. Would recommend.

Cute Beach Rental!
This rental looked just like the photos. The only problem we had was the a/c sucks in the house, we legit were burning up whole time in master bedroom. They baked fresh cookies, cute gift baskets and sweet notes. Apartment was clean, cute and so comfy!!!! I highly recommend renting this :) I will definitely rent again.

Great place for east end!
Great place to stay, fit all of our needs. Cleanliness in the bathrooms could have used some help otherwise the place was amazing. We were there for an event on the east end of the island and this place suited that perfectly. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't get the golf cart arranged with the property manager - could not get a response out of them and when we did he said it was booked but yet it stayed parked in the same spot the whole weekend. That was one of the main reasons we booked this place was the golf cart. But other than that the place was great. Kids loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was very nice as well.
