Our room had no AC and was reading 86 inside the room. Two people came to the room and tried to fix it, no maintenance overnight. Talk to the manager that was on duty in the morning named Jessica and she was gonna send somebody up to come look at it from maintenance. Maintenance showed up at our door. We asked him to come back that morning because we are packing up our luggage to get on our cruise and the maintenance guy went down and told Jessica that we refuse service and that our AC was working. Our AC was not working And Jessica it was very unhelpful and in fact very rude. She then lied to Expedia and told them that it was fixed and that we were lying about the AC.
