What makes this place great are the people that work there. The front desk with Ian, pleasant, funny, efficient...and the Hotel Handyman; Raymond, so polite and helpful with our every request. And of course Sharlene our breakfast morning host with a glowing smile and kind words every morning to start our day. You don't stay there for the 'view'..as it's basically a large old mall and a huge dollarstore across the road..you stay there for the food, the room and the wonderful people that make your stay memorable. The price was very reasonable too!.
Thanks to Ray, Ian, Sharlene and the others we had the pleasure to meet there. A bit of a corny hotel name with 60's vibe 'Sinbad' including a giant sword posted outside... but we loved it.
