“The hotel and staff were helpful, the restaurant food was great but what let me down were the Prison rules! If I am coming from abroad and staying at a hotel then I am going to expect family to come and visit me especially if I am disabled with limited mobility. The silly rules that should be abolished are: - no visitors in your rooms - no outside food - no outside drinks - no alcohol even if you have a permit”

“Check in was length kept asking if I had prepaid which I had and shown reception numerous times booking receipt. Checkout time was too early for us disappointed the hotel were unable to accommodate our request made in advance ”

“It was inexpensive but can find much better for the same cost in India. This hotel is very bad. Front desk was disorganized and seemed to not have our booking. At the end they tried charging again for the room when we had prepaid with expedia. The rooms were super smelly like moth balls, the bathroom very mouldy, and paint was peeling on walls. Room with a view meant a view of the monorail which was right out our window (and looking at the station).”

“At the Aspire Hotel, the property was tired and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was very dirty.The toilet seat was broken. The bed linen and pillows were dirty, stained and torn. We booked and paid for 8 nights when we checked-in. Big mistake!, we had to leave after 2 nights and move to a much better hotel. The Aspire would not refund us for the 6 nights we did not use. The only good thing about the hotel was the quality of the wi-fi. Its never a 3star hotel. Would not even get 1star in……
