“Not a good experience. Room was smelly. I think it was the smell of Paint/whitewash. Water issue, flush was licking. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom. Had to use water bottle for tooth brush. Overall not a good experience.”

“The property is situated in a bad location with crumbling feel and poor infrastructure. Service and staff are bad in equal measure.”

“A very warm welcoming hotel.good food.Neat & Clean.However we were sold rooms with a Bathtub & the Room didn't have one.But the Staff Hospitality more than made up for it.We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.”

“Filthy rooms badly in need of updating (see photo of tub). Leaky faucets. Wifi was patchy at best. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Completely not worth the money and quite a ways away from Central Gangtok. Nothing within the resort to stay in and enjoy either. We will not be returning - and recommend you please stay away. There are plenty of other options in Gangtok for this high a price”
