Vacation Villa 'Carlota' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Brand new villa! In villa and Puerto de Garachico, Villa Carlota offers an excellent view of the Atlantic and the mountains. The one-storey property consists of a fully equipped open plan living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms so it can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, 1 TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Two cribs and a highchair are also available. The property has an iron and ironing board.

This villa offers a private pool, outdoor terrace, outdoor shower, orchard with fruit trees.

The property is located near the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.

Free parking is available on the street.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed indoors and events are not allowed.

Perfect place to base yourself

Lovely location 5 minutes walk from two restaurants, a 20 minutes walk from the village of Garachico. Supermarket was a 2 minute drive away. The property was modern and clean with a small pool. An ideal base for exploring the island. The main living area had panoramic views of the coast and the Atlantic. On street parking was no problem.
