“Lovely complex set back from the main areas, but in easy reach of the beach, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby. I booked a one-bedroom apartment. The whole apartment was wonderful. “Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. Room was more than big enough , with a small balcony and some cooking facilities ( we didnt use ) - Microwave, hob and fridge , So much more than expected for the price. “All in all we have had a good stay. I’d rather have been in the main hotel area. The section we were in was very badly lit and quite noisey. First impressions weren’t good when you walk into reception to see somebody asleep. I wouldn’t put the hotel at four star. Staff were helpful and pleasant. ”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”
