Take advantage of this new cabin located in the heart of Garden City, close to it all. Adventure awaits you and your family or friends at this newly constructed home that is close to Garden City Fish Pond and Heritage Park- the soon to be home of the Famous Rasberry Days. If you want to escape from the lake and hit the trails, you can take street legal ATV's right from the property into Garden City Canyon. This dog-friendly home also includes a basketball shooting game, new appliances, and a private BBQ Grill.

What’s Nearby:
The marina is a short 2.5-mile drive away, where you can rent boats and other watercraft, and the Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is just over 20 minutes from home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Decent place

Overall, the home was clean. There are a few areas that could use some attention. I was completely grossed out by the toilet cleaning brushes. They are NASTY! The clothes washing machine could use a good clean, it smells awful. We had to keep the door to the laundry room closed because the smell was so bad. This I realize is the responsibility of the folks that rent the home, but many dishes had to be cleaned before we could use them. ALL the pots and pans were dirty with food stuck on them as well as many of the utensils. I do think that updated pictures are needed for the property. From the photos posted on the Vrbo site, it appears that the property has a view of the lake, which it most definitely does not.

Nice Bear Lake Cabin

Enjoyed our time in Bear Lake and this little cabin. It’s clean, matches the pictures, new appliances, walking distance (about 1.5 miles) to the restaurants in Garden City and the owner is responsive via text. Parking for 4 vehicles…but not really a deep parking spot to park a truck with a trailer or boat connected (have to disconnect to fit off the street). That was really the only negative…but easy to work around.

Perfect Bear Lake Rental

This place was perfect for the 4th of July weekend. Garden City's celebration was a short walk away and we watched the fireworks show from the front door. The house was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice trip to Bear Lake. Highly recommend.

Cute Cottage

We loved our stay here. The cottage was very clean upon arrival. We loved the little basket full of towels and a sheet for our dog. The arcade in the 3rd bedroom was a hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable. The area is very quiet. There aren't as many winter activities in Garden City, but the cottage is easy access to downtown and the few restaurants that are open this time of year. It's a beautiful area and we would come back any time.

Great weekend getaway

Very clean, conveniently located house. Close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soaps) were all provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast too (dishes, cooking pans, coffee maker, waffle maker…). Thanks for a great weekend!

Property was new, clean and comfortable. There were seven of us who stayed. It’s smaller than the picture showed especially the outside property. There was absolutely no place to park our boat.

Nice but hard beds

This is a nice little place. Great location for dogs. Dog park very close. The only bad part was the house down in the corner wouldn’t keep their dog from roaming anywhere and everywhere so we had to keep trying to avoid wherever the dog was at. Very large dog too. The beds were very very firm. My husband and I both need a chiropractor appointment. Luckily I brought a heating pad just in case and it was used. The Vacasa owners were fine but have no clue what amenities are actually on site. I sent a message about the coffee maker after seeing another review and was told only a one cup Keurig was available but when we arrived there was a 12 cup Mr Coffee. If the mattresses were softer we’d stay again but until then we will find another place.

Very Clean, but not what it seams

This is a very clean and new property, but I feel like it is oversold a bit. This is a modular home in a trailer park. The pictures make it seem larger than it is. Again, very nice property, but I thought I was getting more for the price.

Happy overall with our stay. Kitchen could do with more pots and pans, TV in Master bedroom would not connect to Netflix or Amazon Prime other two tv's did. Baseboards are not cleaned very well in the bathrooms, and the pillows in main bedroom were very flat and uncomfortable. We really enjoyed the place apart from these 4 items. Would definitely stay again.

Nice getaway

This property was perfect for our needs with 2 married couples, 1 young adult, 1 teen and 1 dog. The two biggest reasons I booked this location was that it was one story with no stairs and allowed our dog. Good showers, good beds, and easy to use for those with limited mobility issues.

fun at lake

The home fit our family nicely, 3 adults 5 kids under 13. The home was not as clean as we would like. Empty water bottle found at the bottom of the bedding of one of the bunk beds when we arrived. Broken toilet paper roll. Sand on the floor when we arrived the floor through out had not been mopped. Cleaners still here when we arrived at 4:00 said they were mopping their way out but we walked in as soon as they left and floor was not damp, bottom of our feet and socks (requested no shoes) were black with dirt. Bathrooms were clean. The home was nicely stocked with necessities.

Great place to stay! Close to everything! The kitchen had most supplies!

We all really enjoyed staying in the house. My boys are very tall and had a little hard time with fitting in the bunk beds. We loved the kitchen table, how big it was and a big couch. Nice place to stay!

Great location!

We loved the location of this unit. We have kids from age 6 to age 11 and they loved riding their bikes around the property and that we could go to the near by pond/park easily by walking or riding our bikes. It’s right near all of the restaurants, markets, beach and bike path. Of course the bunk beds were a huge plus as well. It was nice to have the grill to toss on some hot dogs and burgers. The master and spare bedroom had nice comfy beds and we all fit nicely on the couch in the evening cuddled up with popcorn and a movie. Overall very happy and would recommend.

We chose this property because it allowed pets, one of the few. Layout was good. We had 4 + a 3 yr old. Bunk beds are for little kids. They are stacked 3 high. My 13 yr old put the mattress on the floor. If you tried to sleep 6 large terms or adults in them, they probably wouldn't be happy. But that's not really a reflection on the property, more of a suggestion to management. Great place to to stay. Don't be afraid to choose it.

What we expected.

This house was in good shape other than the broken kitchen window that was covered over and had a decent amount of space for 4 adults and three kids. The living space and kitchen area are not that large though. When people were seated at the table, it's hard to get through to the rest of the kitchen. We have a few recommendations. I would add a plunger to the bathrooms, and turn on the outside faucet. We had hoped to rinse the dogs off outside after going to the beach, but we couldn't because it wasn't on so we had to drag the mess into the house with us. A larger pot in the kitchen would be helpful, along with a spatula to scrape out bowls and a 1 cup measuring cup. When we rent a house, its specifically to have the use of a full kitchen. Overall, more kitchen cooking utensils would have been helpful. I would suggest taking the tv from the master bedroom and putting that in the room with the bunks and putting a table/chairs for games in there instead of the basketball game. Would be a much better use than the game was. We didn't see a phone number to call if there was a problem, so I'm glad there really weren't any. Also, in your book about the area, the "outdoor fun" section was empty. Location to town and the lake was great. Very easy to get around.
