“Nice, updated place. Great host, nice updated place with a full kitchen. I especially liked the fenced yard and that they allowed a dog. My only dislikes was that the place is on the corner of 2 relatively busy roads and the access/parking for the place was not wonderful. It is weird to drive past the owners place on a narrow driveway and parking is very limited on a dead end hill.”

“Came to Boise for our daughter’s college graduation and this house was perfect. The kitchen is great-stocked up with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Cute backyard with chairs on the patio to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked. The house is in a great neigborhood-very quiet, a small park right around the corner, and grocery store (with coffee shop) about 5 minutes away. Jackson was great to communicate with and made sure that we had extra linens for our stay and were set up……

“The location is great -- super-quiet and pretty. Close to services (grocery, etc.) The place itself is just fun -- incredibly eclectic, comfortable, spacious -- both beds and bedrooms are great (unusual for rentals). You won't find a better stocked kitchen. We were looking for a place where our adult kids could come to visit, eat take-out -- the layout and size were perfect for this. Really, one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at! Many thanks to the owner and property manager.”

“The home is spacious with an equipped kitchen and everything we needed to enjoy a friend's wedding. The location is close to the Water's Edge Event Center, Eagle Island state park and also to the Village Outdoor shopping center. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“My friend and I stayed here for the PBR, and it was the perfect size. Very spacious and comfortable for a smaller group to stay at! The only thing I’d say is it’s apart of a condo/housing complex so it isn’t super private! But that’s okay I totally recommend staying at the Ford Idaho Center Happy Place, if you are in town for a venue or event. It’s so close, convenient, and comfortable! ”
