our stay was honestly fine but the only problems we had were there’s a bunch of gnats in our room. when we got here they were here and the four days we stayed they’re still here. second the shower is not hot at all by any means. cold showers are not my cup of tea. thirdly on our last day, i’m not sure if it’s people outside or next to us but even when we turned on the AC the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the entire room. it woke me up out of my sleep it was so bad. and i could make a better breakfast at home than they did here. sometimes it’s not better to be cheaper. other than that it was nice and close to disney which was our main priority.

The rooms need more towels. We had two full size towels for two adults and a child: not enough. Each room should have 4 full size towels. Went down stairs and asked the lady at front desk for towels and she gave me 3. Later I went to the pool and there were no towels at the pool, so I had to ask for another three towels and she questioned what I did with the first three. Also the phone in the room did not work to call for room service to bring the towels up.

I think overall the stay was average. The hotels exterior looked remodeled, but the interior is outdated. I could hear the people in the room beside us, and the bathrooms were also a bit on the older side. The breakfast way okay, I do think it’s overpriced for what it is, I expected something else from the pictures. However, there is a bus pass that you can pay for to get to Disney and it was $6 for the day so that was cool.

We checked in early at 2:00pm and the guy at the desk was really nice to let us have a room early. Our room was nice and big on the 3rd floor with the balcony. My only complain is the bathroom needs more counter space for all our toiletries and the blind on the door to the balcony was dirty and only one chair for a room for 2 ppl. Overall it was great very convenient to everything. This is our second time staying there.

It was a nice place to stay at, however the only downfall on the room we stayed was right next to the exit door so we constantly heard door slamming.

The room appeared to be recently updated and was clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure and no shortage of hot water. The building itself needed some updating and cleaning and there was materials and things kind of thrown about the property. When I arrived to check-in, someone was in the lobby calling police about something that happened in his room at the same time an unhoused woman was curled up on a lobby chair. I thought she was asleep until she came up behind me and asked me if I could give her a pair of pants. After I declined, she went back to her spot in the lobby. Check out was quick and easy, but I couldn’t help overhear another gentleman loudly upset with a manager about being overcharged. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

All of the hotel staff were friendly. The location was convenient for our needs. Not happy to be charged for parking when our freshly washed car suffered from an overactive lawn watering system. We had water spots for the rest of the trip and charged $5.00 for it! Plus it is always hard to see water wasted in SoCal.
