“We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed at this VRBO while in Wichita for a wedding, and it was the perfect spot for our family! The home is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants, making it super convenient. There was plenty of space for both the kids and adults to relax and enjoy. The layout was great for gathering, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. We’ll definitely book here again for future visits!”

“The stairs are very steep, it’s obviously very historical and they have them as the original stairs but we had to carry our dogs up and down the stairs each time and we ended up having our parents sleep on an air mattress on the first floor. There is a bedroom downstairs just no bed, adding a bed on the first floor would make things perfect. I hate to put anything negative on here but I feel like people need to take this into account when renting. ”

“This property was exactly what my family needed for the weekend we visited Wichita for my niece's wedding. The location was very central to everywhere we needed to go, and there are lots of cute places to eat close by. The bedrooms were spacious, and three of them had en suite bathrooms. This was a great choice for us. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Clean hotel and friendly staff, cold AC and comfortable beds. The bad the walls and doors are thin in adjoining rooms I could hear the people staying next to us. Also the elevator was broken at the time so had to walk up stairs with bags not ideal for elderly or disabled so I would suggest asking the staff ahead of time if you need special accommodations. Overall was a good stay and easy access to major highway and eating options close by. ”
