“We had a magical stay in Firefly cabin. It was tranquil with a delightful view. The wood burning stove was essential and perfect. Great location for visiting the nearby wildlife sanctuaries.”

“Terrible experience. The agent told us YOU did not communicaye our booking and that she never received it. We had to find other accomodation , at exhorbitant prices, because we had no choice. This is the busiest time of the year. Did you communicate my booking. Did she mess it up? Im extremely unsatisfied. We now sit in a little house far away from the sea, at an exorbitantly inflated rate.”

“Reservation confirmedfor 5 nights, almost 1 month later host manually updated booking to 3 nights due to system not properly updated and resulted in double bookings. Had to pay for additional 2 nights at higher rate after already having paid for 5 nights. Not planning to stay there ever againagain”

“Well situated on high hilltop great view of lake . Property has gated entrance . Seems like a safe environment. No air con it was quite hot when we were there those accustomed to air con would not be comfortable . those that do not need tempature control would find it a safe clean well situated venue”

“The hosts were incredibly kind and willing to accommodate us. The area was quiet and surrounded by nature. You fall asleep to the sound of frogs croaking in the distance and wake up to bird-song. The cabin is very clean and well taken care of and had everything we needed. We ordered the extra breakfast, and it was enough food to last us our whole stay! I couldn't be happier. If we ever visit Knysna again, there is no other place we would rather stay. It was truly a magical, rejuvenating……

“Beautiful stay at the oakhurst farm cottages. Farm shop had lots of food choices for an easy meal or a braai. Lovely meal baskets and a wonderful facility with lots of different options and things to do. Would love to head back in the future!”

“This was truly a wonderful treat for us and it was made so comfortable for us. Friendly welcome and assistance through-out our stay.”

“We stayed with our family for 3 days. The property was very spacious, the kitchen very well equipped. And we really appreciated the Nespresso machine and coffee pods! There are 2 showers with really good water pressure and hot water. The beds are really comfortable and the electric heating blankets were much appreciated. What a good attention. Thando, the caretaker was very available. We didn’t use the pool because of the weather. Everything is close by, the garden is wonderful. It can get old……

“Nytt kombinerat hotell och lägenheter i ena änden av huvudgatan. Fint utrustad lägenhet med fin balkong och utmärkt sjöutsikt. Vi tyckte inte sängen var optimal med ett väldigt tungt täcke. Restaurang i huset om man vill äta frukost.”
