“Great location and very clean and spacious. All the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were also a great size with plenty of storage. Would recommend to large families or two families wanting shared space. ”

“This was our 3rd time staying here. This is the perfect place when bringing the boat since the boat landing is at the end of the street. It is also very convenient to the waterfront park. We arrived a little early and it was no problem to get in early. Tina was very prompt in responding on early check in. We had a great weekend and will be back. ”

“Our family of 14(!) had a wonderful time at this location. Ages ranging from 18 months to grandparents with 5 grandchildren total. The oldest child was 8. There were so many activities for the kids that they were NEVER bored and played inside and out! The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We prepared most of our meals there and enjoyed the grill outside as well as having smores on the firepit! The location was excellent ... only minutes from downtown and all of our communication……

“We wanted to try something different this year and stay “in town” versus on the water or near the water and this was a refreshing change for us. The house had plenty of room and was extremely comfortable for all. Great beds! We loved that it was so close to everything in downtown Beaufort and all was within walking distance. We enjoyed walking to check out the different restaurants and coffee houses. We liked this place so much that we plan to do the same house next year. The hosts reached……

“Beautiful views, easy living just a mile from downtown. The house is larger than it looks and very functional-down to having 2 fridges. If you’re into gold plated faucets, don’t bother. If you feel comfortable at Grandma’s house in the 60’s with access to a dock—— do Pinckney house ”
