“This is was our second stay at Minnewaska and this time we brought our kids. We love it here. It is peaceful and tranquil. The property borders the state park so you see a tall cliff on the grounds. The recently renovated, which made our stay even better! The grounds have various hiking trails to take advantage of and the staff are friendly and inviting. I highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life! ”

“Karin truly goes above and beyond for her guests! Her house is SPOTLESS! It’s fully stocked and nice and cozy. We thought there were three bedrooms according to the listing but there are 2 bedrooms upstairs- one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with two twin beds. So we needed to use the pull out couch downstairs but it worked out just fine! This house is truly a 1900s home so you will hear creaks and squeaky doors- but also is so fun to see the horses right across the street! ”

“ This was a five star plus house and surrounding environment. We were all wowed by the beauty of the interior and its furnishings. The spaciousness of the interior provided peace for the grownups. The pool and pool toys were in constant use by the grand kids while the adults could lounge and monitor them.
