"Surrounding Great Sand Dunes was very convenient. The hummingbird feeders near our room, was one of the highlights as there were many birds so close to us, as we looked over the sand dune backdrop. Hostess at front desk filled the feeders up as soon as we told her they are running out of feeder food. ..."

"A supermarket and liquor store were just a couple miles away. The room was clean. The hot water in the shower was non-existent. We talked to a clerk in the morning and he said it does take some time for the water to get hot. A sign in the room would have been nice."
