We loved everything about Bay View Apartments. It’s stylish, has incredible views and the indoor hot tub overlooking the water was awesome. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I just wished we could have stayed longer.

We spent our last night in Iceland with a night at the Bay View Apartments and it was a perfect way to end the trip. The apartment itself is beautiful. The view was gorgeous and everything was immaculate and also extremely comfortable. Having a nice long soak in the tub overlooking the bay was just exactly what we needed after many active days exploring the country. The hosts were very kind and detailed in their instructions and the whole experience from check in to check out was seamless. The apartment is very convenient to the airport (while feeling a world away from the hustle and bustle) and there are some interesting sights around if you are spending time in the area. I would love to come back some day!

Our stay in Iceland was nothing short of magical, and this property was the cherry on top. Every single detail was perfect — from the cozy, super-comfy bed to the dreamy hot tub under the stars. The shower was next-level amazing (seriously, we’re still thinking about it), and the hot water kettle was so great we bought one when we got home! The location couldn’t have been better — nestled in the most charming and friendly little community. It felt peaceful, picturesque, and perfectly Icelandic. The house had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home. We’re already dreaming about our next visit — hopefully to catch the Northern Lights. Can’t wait to come back!

The area is quiet and near the airport. There is a small shop nearby. The hot tub view overlooking the sea is beautiful. The property is very nice and well maintained. You need a car to get around the area.

Superb place to stay!

This place is amazing! Great location to kick start or finish your trip in Iceland. Views are incredible over the bay with the mountains in the horizon. We’ll be staying here again for sure when we return. Worth every penny!

We have stayed at a lot of hotels and the images almost always look better than the real thing. In this case, the apartment completely went beyond expectations and the photos do not do it justice. The setting is absolutely stunning. The interior design is unbelievably clean and inspiring. We did not get to stay long but the time we had really helped us recoup from our travels on our way back home. The tub! Oh the tub! That is where we spent most of our time relaxing with the cold Icelandic ocean air coming in through the double doors while. We will absolutely be back.

Expectacular, estuvimos en otras casa muy bonitas tambien pero esta fue todo un acierto para nuestra ultima noche. Gran casa con materriales de alta calidad, bien decorada y con mucho gusto. Muchos detalles que te hacen sentir expecial. El jacuzzi todo un espectáculo preparado, caliente, todo un lujo relante. Buenas duchas con gel y champu de calidad. Tiene lavadora y secadora. If we could give this place 10 stars we would! Beautiful apartment, with very thoughtful design. Super comfortable beds. We normally prefer hotels to rentals but this apartment has all the luxuries (and more) of the nicest hotel stays we’ve had. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating and maintaining Bay View. Immaculately clean. A hot shower and soak in the hot tub overlooking the ocean was pure heaven after a long day of travel - thank you for turning on the tub for us before we arrived! Host was communicative and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back some day.

Great stay!

The place was amazing! Everything we needed. The only problem was the door did not lock to the apartment and I have two kids. I am sure it is a safe place but being in a foreign country with kids is hard. So that was a little disconcerting. Other than that is was amazing!! Thank you.
