“The management is wonderful! Very delightful, very French hotel. Big room. We were taken care of like long, lost children. I will always smile when I think of Heliot. Its location is very useful for wandering the old town, but also about 10 minutes walk to the train station (But it is not in a 'train station' kind of neighborhood). If you have a car, let them know ahead of time to arrange parking. ”

“The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool……

“Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with……
