“We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. I also enjoyed the view of the lake from our front porch. If I could suggeat one little change, maybe open the gym a little earlier than 9am, but that's all.”

“We spent a fun weekend at this property. Having lived in the area for 16 years I have driven by this gem countless times, always admiring it but I could never have imagined how nice, how peaceful a property it is. It's conveniently located close to everything but nestled away for privacy. The game room was a hit, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with everything you need for meals. I highly recommend it and will be glad to stay here again. Cheers! ”

“The Loft at Jackson Lake exceeded every expectation! Doug and Vicki are fantastic hosts and they’ve built a wonderful property at a really unique setting within the Washington DC area. You will instantly be able to relax in this quiet and well appointed unit. Wonderful outdoor space right on the lake with great views of the water and all the wildlife. I saw a ton of cool birds including an eagle and osprey. I will be coming back… can’t say enough about this place and my new friends Doug and……

“My family and I spent one night at this cute lake house. The house is fantastic—new, very clean, and well-equipped with toiletries, snacks, coffee, and creamers, plenty of towels, blankets, and games. The WiFi connection was reliable, contributing to an enjoyable stay. We had a great time overall despite very cold and windy weather. The communication with the owner was excellent, especially when we had questions about entering and locking the house on our way out.”
