“We booked a 5 night stay at The Milk House, as it was an ideal location to meet up with our grown up children living in Bristol and Tidworth. The location was easy to find, and in such a lovely, peaceful village - we relaxed immediately. We had a small problem on arrival (not the hosts' fault) but Becca went above and beyond to fix the issue and it did not impact our stay at all. “Andrew's place is finished to a very high standard plus has loads of nice touches to the interior design that make it very homely and comfortable. The welcome pack means you have everything you need to kick off and the kitchen is very well equipped.The location is great, being close to Cirencester and lots of Cotswold attractions. “The property was just disappointing. The bedrooms were the best part of the apartment. There was just a lack of care to the apartment. With an £80 cleaning fee, the apartment should be clean. There was a cupboard with dirty linen, one of the toilets just had broken lamps left in it and discarded items, under the sofa was grim, wifi is not available in one of the bedrooms, there is a little outside area which is just un kept. Not much glassware. No cleaning cloths to do the washing up. Under the……

“The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able.
