“We planned our trip to Williamsville this summer around this home's availability because we loved it so much last year. It is clean and updated. The couches are super comfy and the kitchen is a dream - after a quick trip to Wegman's we were all set for delicious breakfasts. The host gives clear instructions and is very kind. We love the location largly due to the fact that it's a 5 minute walk to my parent's house, but it's also a short walk to ice cream, shops, restaurants and parks. We took……

Owner was prompt responding and very easy to communicate with!”

“It's a cute place that must’ve been remodeled recently, and everything is clean! We did hear road noise at night, but we live on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere, so please take that into context. Other than that, it was great - Thank you!”

“Loved having a whole house. Master bedroom on first floor along with the full bath. The upstairs has the two other rooms and a half bath. Our older teen kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves, and having a half bath was a bonus for getting ready in the morning. The A/C is window air conditioners, which worked fine. FYI the master bedroom downstairs does not have an A/C unit, but it was cool enough by keeping the door open to the living room (which had the A/C unit) and running the……
