“My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. “Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Always a great stay, gonna book again for next year soon. ”

“The place is beautiful. The owners were very helpful when we had some issues getting the dishwasher going. My daughter got ready with all her bridesmaids here before her wedding. There was lots of space and lots of beautiful spots for perfect pictures. The only real downfall was the temperature inside. Our visit was in February. It was hard to heat the place up because of the tall ceilings and open concept. The thermostat also seemed to readjust every 2 hours back down to 60 degrees, which for……

“We all enjoyed ourselves very much at this great spacious house! We went fishing right in front of the house, had bonfires in the evening, and sat around the large dining table for meals and playing cards at night. Plenty of room for everyone. “We have one of the best rental experiences that I can recall during our stay in Lancaster. Four of us came in to go to a bills game and the location couldn’t have been any more perfect with convenience to both the stadium, grocery stores and restaurants, the airport and Buffalo and the surrounding area. The house was a great size with the bedroom, set up and included all of the needed kitchen, utensils and coffee maker, etc.. We actually never had to contact the owner as they had everything……

“I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!”
