“Our family of three -- wife, son, me -- plus our dog stayed a night here on a trip down the pacific coast. Great little place a short walk from an easily-accessed beach that was never crowded and great for dog-walking. Hot tub was a nice addition. Main bedroom was comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was nice for our son.Food can be found about 5-10 minutes in either direction, possibly closer. There's a nice town about ten minutes north, into Oregon, that has a fine selection of restaurants……

“Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. ”

“We were here for 3 days in April to visit grandchildren nearby. The lodge was better than described and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was quick and clear, check-in was easy. We only had one minor issue (TV connection to internet) and Christopher had the problem resolved quickly. The beds were super comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Can't wait to stay here again!”

This was a great home base as we visited so many nearby State and National Parks. The coastline is magnificent and the local recreation areas offer beautiful forests filled with Redwoods, lovely rivers, entrancing waterfalls. After our hikes, we could come back to the cabin and prepare good meals in the well-appointed kitchen. We loved the……
