“We had a lovely 4 week stay in Eva Flats. It is located in a quiet area of Kapparis. Communication through WhatsApp was very friendly, efficient and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our stay. The only slight issue if you can it that, was that the walls were quite scuffed/marked in the main room, from previous holiday makers. It would have had 5 stars in all categories if it were not for that.”

“Very comfortable stay - villa has all that you need. Property manager Liz is an excellent communicator and responds quickly and Steve the local manager was super helpful. The villa is very close to lovely beaches and a walk to restaurants and shops. Definitely go to Zorbas the amazing bakery! We would definitely visit again. Having a car helped us to do more locally and Empire car hire were excellent.”

“It was lovely vacation, apartment is situated in a very good area, very nice and clean with all the facilities, good quality of wifi, walking distance to the beaches, swimming pool also available in the complex and everything we needed was near, the owner is very friendly and helpful, an awesome host, even allowed us a late check-out. Thanks a lot!”

“Enjoyed a 5 week stay at this property. The biggest asset being the large sun terrace receiving the sun from sunrise to late afternoon. Another bonus of the property is the covered allocated parking.The galley style kitchen was ok for me, on my own, but a family I think would find it rather restrictive due to the limited space.On arrival the property was clean and tidy. With all the basic essentials, some of which are starting to look slightly tired. Satellite TV would be a nice addition along……

“Needed an information pack when we arrived, for wifi code, how to use the safe, TV instructions, where to put rubbish, how to find beach, resturants etc etc”
